What do you do when life gets in the way?

Has anyone else noticed that the busyness of  life can get in the way of reaching your goals? I certainly have, and yes it can be frustrating. 2011 is Off and Running

I have stopped saying Happy New Year. It is hard to believe but January is almost in my rear view mirror. 2011 is off and running!

I imagine by now you have had a chance to create your goals for 2011. I have. I placed a large full year calendar above my desk and each day I look at it. Follow the Why?

As I was thinking about writing this Blog I kept coming back to the same question Why? Not Why write the Blog but rather just asking Why in general. Why just seemed to keep popping up.  I have been doing a lot of thinking about Why lately. It began with a recent incident.

Healing the Past, Embracing the Present, Anticipating the Future

Attending UL last March propelled my healing journey forward at warp speed. Encouraged by a UL alumni friend, I had wanted to head to Laguna Beach for quite some time, but had been unable to due to caring for my ailing mother and because I just couldn't commit. 2009 became the year that I became so sick and tired of the pit I was in that I decided to go in spite of roadblocks and reserved my spot for 3/2010, not knowing how it would all work out.
